Adeline is a passionate delivery-oriented programme, operations and change director with expertise in transformational leadership, delivery focused Project Management, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring. With significant international experience gained across Big Science, Manufacturing and Aerospace sectors, and also, as a consultant for early stage start-ups, in Defence/Medical/HR, Adeline has thrived in bringing different cultures together to execute challenging projects.

Adeline has successfully delivered a complex project through a crisis situation of in-service failures, leading a 4-month investigation and the subsequent recovery of production and in-service retrofit. She transformed a failing aviation supply programme, bringing it back to just-in-time delivery and being very commercially astute, she recovered the customer relationship from the brink of contract closure. Adeline has also built a Project Management Function across 4 previously siloed Business Units, and subsequently improved on-time delivery from 46% to 83% and Gross Margin 20% to 35% for the most strategic customer.

Adeline is a Chartered Project Professional who thrives on helping businesses solve difficult problems, both internally and externally, in order make their strategy a reality. She has worked successfully across geographical, political and personality boundaries bringing the varied stakeholders to consensus with clear communication.
