APM Project Challenge 2016

by

South Wales & West of England Branch

This years APM Project Challenge is well under way, with the six project teams competing this year, having received confirmation that their respective Project Plans had been approved.

The APM Judging Panel will now provide feedback to the teams on their Project Plans, while the teams will focus on delivering a wide range of charity based projects.

APM Project Challenge is an annual competition for teams from APM member organisations, who submit teams of up to 6 early career staff members, who are seeking to grow their experience of delivering Projects.

This year a range of charities in the South Wales & West APM region will benefit from the chosen Projects, while the 6 teams will experience the full life cycle of delivering a real Project and the associated benefits.

The next key date for the teams comes at the end of March, when they have to submit their final Project Reports, before the finals night to be held on 27th April 2017.

This is a great annual event, where companies can offer staff members an opportunity to expand on their Project Management experience and a chance to put into practice the tools, techniques and associated competences, while delivering real benefits to local causes.
