Mark is a vastly experienced Business and Programme Director with over 30 years successfully managing major infrastructure, defence and change programmes often under difficult operational and/or stakeholder conditions.

A proven leader across a wide spectrum of Public and Private Sector companies with emphasis upon successful delivery of complex systems integration and supply chain management contracts he has led several major defence and rail infrastructure programmes. He has also held Operational Director roles for both BAE Systems and the UK Hydrographic Office. A respected leader in the field of Programme Management by his peers, Mark has the capability, skillset and experience to successfully manage either business or programme-oriented roles. Mark has also successfully implemented programme and project management control systems for defence and construction infrastructure projects including BIM 4 and 5D requirements using agile-hybrid processes.

Qualified to PhD level in marine studies and a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and Fellow of the APM he is presently part of the APM Chartered Panel Review team.
