Engineering & Manufacturing sectors specialising in end to end supply chain transformation. He applies operational and business knowledge along with a breadth of commercial experience again from running a number of businesses units. He has a reputation for delivering the solution in a timely manner through inclusive and motivational leadership.

With over 30 years of experience, both in the UK and Internationally. Darren has that rarest of abilities to combine both tactical and strategic leadership to achieve the bigger picture. He has run a number of large projects from site closers and site relocations (UK and internationally), along with supply chain and operational transformations.

With a real commitment to honesty, he is happy to put himself out of his own comfort zone in order to set the example for others. Both professional and approachable, Darren has a natural, pragmatic approach and his delivery focus ensures he and the teams he leads, remain grounded and very focused on meeting internal business, group and customer commitments.

Darren has led business units and worked on the most challenging of projects and programmes, building his experience with world class organisations such as Lucas, Smiths Aerospace, GE and Safran.
